NOTE: The capacitor C108 (used for VGA) is supposed to be connected to VCC_3V3ADAC .Currently it is connected to VCC_3V3 in the layout & gerber file. Connecting C108 to VCC_3V3ADAC removes some sort of background distortion in the VGA
